The paper describes particular fields of medical review services in Slovakia, mentions also the collaboration between the Czech and Slovak Republic in this field which is covered by the contract on social security. It presents differences in assessing activities, the biggest ones are found in an injury insurance, whereas the methodology does not differ much in a health and pension insurance system.
