The author deals with the issues of relationships between health care facilities and health insurance companies. She draws from the long-term practice of the physician reviewer of the General Health Insurance Company and the experience from the management of the smaller health care facilities in the past and the large health care facility in the recent years. She thinks about the arrangement of contractual relationships, about the network of health care facilities.
