Summary:
The paper describes division of medical review activities into particular departments and offices according to the character
of activities, their personal management and the development of the extent of activities since 2000 until the end of 2005, resp.
since May 1, 2004 in case of new activities (EU issues). The author describes more in detail resolution of personal problems
mainly in the category of physicians reviewers, strengthening of using the information system (automatic and general controls,
etc.), engagement of assistants of physicians reviewers in future and employment of physicians reviewers – specialists.
