The study summarizes data from the years 1996, 1997, first quarter of 1997 (first period) and from the year 2001 (second period). The paper outlines the spectrum of the MONADA clinic patients.We have evaluated 1471 patients from the first period and 330 patients from the year 2001. We have taken into account reasons for hospitalization and age and we have rated the proportion of patients hospitalized for the first time and patients hospitalized repeatedly. The study shows, that the most common reason for hospitalization in MONADA clinic in the listed periods was the diagnosis of Low back pain; two thirds of the patients were females. The most common age group for both genders was 41 – 50 years.
