Each system of payment/refundment (for the provided Healthcare) needs simple, stable &well-defined conditions for production of documents by the Health Care Providers for the Insurance Companies. The Standard Settings, excluding the never-ending repairs of those documents, is one of the fundamental presumptions for obtaining of the objective information. And only the objective information can be the source of the correct data, necessary for the calculation and analysis. This article proposes a method for the solution of the above problem. We propose simplification and standardization of the account-rules between the Health Care Providers and the Insurance Companies, which processes is actually in a certain step of anarchism.
