Summary: The author presents her experience of the specialist in oncology and review medicine in assessing breast
cancer, the most common malignity in women. Besides the clinical part, which includes also genetic examination
and its interpretation, she presents her opinion on assessing patients in particular subsystems
of the medical review activity
