Summary:
Based on a review of the collection of insurance fees of the General Insurance Company during the last five years the author
analyzes the behaviour of the system of collection of funds and possibilities to stop its fluctuations. Attention is drawn to the
risks of collection of fees in 1999 and legislative measures are suggested which will prevent a negative impact of fluctuating
fee collection on the financial balance of public health insurance.
