The X-day picture is still the basic method for the examination of musculoskeletal pathology of shoulder. However, the development of computer techniques significantly extended the scale of imaging methods.That is why the present more detailed visualization of pathomorphology in the area of shoulder regularly uses ultrasound examination (OS), computing tomography (CT) and the examination by magnetic resonance (MR). An optimal algorithm of examination methods enables an effective and rapid establishment of diagnosis.
