Summary: The case study presents the solution of a patient’s complaint to a diabetologist.We clarified the substance of the
conflict between the patient and diabetologist by the assessment of medical records, we played the role of
a conciliation judge and resolved the complaint.The patient was informed about his duties by the health insurance
office.
