The authors present some of the tests selected for the purpose of evaluation of working capacity of an individual, i. e. evaluation of capacity for sustained gainful employment. The combination of a questionnaire and an objective evaluation of an individual was used. Input and shortcomings of the test and a proposal on elimination of identified shortcomings are presented in the paper.
