The presentation characterizes the reform of the administrative justice with the special focus on comparison of the status of review legal proceedings in the field of social protection in the period before and after the reform. It deals with the relationships between review legal proceedings and activities of medical assessment services including the role of the assessment doctor after the executed reform of administrative justice.
