Summary:
In the study, we proved the existence of the vasoparalytic stage of the vascular disease from vibrations which was
accompanied by cyanosis in 16 patients randomly selected from the sample of patients with the similar clinical manifestation.
Patients were usually exposed to vibrations at work for a long time – dozens of years with a daily professional
exposure to vibrations from 2 to 6 hours. We follow up most patients at the department of occupational diseases
for a long time, often dozens of years. Usually, the disease does not improve even if the workers are excluded
from the risk of vibrations. The comorbidity of other vascular diseases was not found. We describe the progression
of this disease and state some etiological factors contributing to the development of this most serious
stage of the vascular disease from vibrations.
