The journal is a professional periodical of the Czech Society for Occupational Medicine. It is focused on occupational hygiene, physiology and psychology, preventive care at worksites and occupational diseases. The journal publishes original works from the clinical, epidemiological, experimental and laboratory sphere, case-histories, diagnostic and differential diagnostic criteria, therapeutic procedures, rating criteria and preventive provisions in occupational diseases and bordering disciplines (orthopaedics, neurology, ENT, dermatology). The journal brings also information on postgraduate courses, new literature, legal problems and the activities of the Czech Society of Occupational Medicine as well as other useful material for medical doctors of the mentioned branches.
