Summary: The author presents a survey of antidotes use in cases of poisoning with organophosphate and carbamate insecticides. In cases
of organophosphate poisoning it is possible to use injection preparations: Atropin + Toxogonin + Diazepam, in cases of carbamate
poisoning Toxogonin should not be administered. Case reports poisoning are described.
