The goal of the presentation is to remind the topic of actinomycosis and at the same time point out that this disease occurs more often then usually presumed. Therefore, it is necessary to consider it in differential diagnostic process. Author describes the case of pulmonary actinomycosis in a worker exposed to inhalation risk of fibrogenic dust. She reminds the complexity of the diagnostic process.
