Summary: Authors review retem advances in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. They highlight the role of genetic factors, keratinocytes, lymphocytes, dendritic cells and endothelial cells. Retem studies show a possible role of T-lymphocytes as cells triggering the chain of molecular and cell reactions leading to a formation of a psoriasic lesion. The critical role of T-lymphocytes is the base of provided hypothetic immunopathogenesis of psoriasis.
