Currently a narrow place of a throughput method of samples in laboratory are the administration works (the ways of request submission, the ways of material receiving in the lab, the ways of sample manipulation and processing in automated lab run and the ways of sending results back to clinical department). Current software and hardware are able to automate the administration processes and considerably minimalise TAT (turn around time) on clinical requests. Description of possible model of performing material throughput in the lab and a discussion of this problems is the aim of this article.
