Summary: Authors describe the case of mycosis fungoides in plaque and tumour stage in a 78-year-old lady
patient. In the beginning she was treated by PUVA combined with prednison with almost complete
remission of the disease. PUVA treatment was stopped after myocardial infarction and it was
followed by development of new tumour lesions.
Treatment with electron beams and retinoids orally was completely successful.
