An Case of Relaps of Coeliac Disease with Histological and Histochemical Analysis as a Determinant of Necessity of Checking on the Adult Patients

Summary:

       A characterises feature of coeliac disease is a intolerance of gliadin, in gluten present. The number positively diagnosed cases of coeliac diseases have in last time increased. However, this fact is not the result of the increased number of celiac diseases, but it is the result of increased monitoring and increased quality diagnostic methods of its detection. The monitoring of detection is concentrated on the infant population. The aim of the work is to point out the process of the coeliac disease. Text shows that is necessary for child after to mature in to the special healthcare service. Some special histological and histochemical examination were done. The results show that this illness results in serious chronic enteritis with total villi atrophy process. This paper gives basic information about the histological and histochemical detection of coeliac disease.
