Summary:

This pilot study has been taking into head to find a risk profile at the young adults hospitalized for acute myocardial infarction. The laboratory parameters have been detected in 94 men and women, years of 32 aged according to generally accepted instructions. Almost in two third of hospitalisedwe have been found out the risk concentration of total cholesterol, triacylglycerols, Apo B, and significant deficit of Apo A-I. Significantly increased serum concentration of the lipoproteín (a), distributed into low quartile is possible to declare as important risk factor. This laboratory finding associates with significantly increased concentration of oxidised LDL in circulation, what is also dependent on the age, and it surely play pathogens role in the genesis of disease. In the 1/3 don’t play pathogens role for our detection accessible lipid risk factors, but surely inevitably a non-conventional risk factors. To the smoking succumbed 31%and arterial hypertensionwe have been detected 11%.

Key words: acute myocardial infarction, lipids, apolipoproteins, cholesterol, risk factors, Oxilip, vitamins.
