Described is a case of a histologically confirmed lymph-node metastasis of a basalioma in a patient with a history of an ulcer not healing for two years, located on the median aspect of the left knee where a basalioma has been demonstrated histologically. Surgical removal of the primary lesion has been indicated as well as of the enlarged lymph nodes in the groin. In question is a rare case of metastasis in an otherwise frequently occurring skin tumor.
