Summary:

There are many congenital abnormalities of the gallbladder and bile ducts. The incidence of multiple gallbladder is about 2% of all gastrointestinal anomalies and 5 different variations are documented in our paper. A case report describing finding of a double gallbladder associated with malrotation of the intestine has been presented. Both anomalies can clinically present by acute complications ar by obscure chronic symptomatology. Anomalies of the gallbladder associated with intestinal malrotation are very rare and can cause diagnostic problems.
