According to a scoring system they assesed the extent, type, severity of changes in the lungs in CF. The results were compared with the results of conventional chest radiography (CCR). HRCT is useful in clinical follow - up of patients, it has many advantages in comparison with CCR; it is more sensitive and specific than CCR.
