In clinical practise sporadic cases of increased activity of some common enzymes short or long term duration has occurred and its explanation has not been easy. These patients are included in a group of non-elucidated organic disease. On the basis of literature and our experience there exist some patients where enzymes makes macrocomplex which has been manifested by increased serum activity without any clinical significance.
