Summary: A 45-year-old patient developed an elevated smooth tumor on the left side of forehead. Histological
examination showed a primary skin B-cell lymphoma which later was defined according an
EORTC classification as a primary cutaneous follicular center cell lymphoma. The tumor completely
disappeared after 6 chemotherapy courses.
