Summary: Using laparoscopic operational technique in some cases
represents a very considerable help in avoiding possible
mistakes in the diagnosis and treatment of acute abdo-
men. Due to this presented example, we could see a pelve-
operitonitis by laparoscopy with a surprising occurence
of perforated prepylorous ulcer.
