Subject and Methods The development of the zygotes with 1PN in vitro, their implantation and
development potential.
Conclusion: The article describes two deliveries of two healthy children originated from transfer
of one pronucleus zygotes. On the basis of both, our observation and also information from
literature, we propose don´t discard 1PN zygotes but culture them in vitro and in indicated cases
to transfer them into uterus or cryopreserve for next cycle.
