Summary:
Authors divide vascular anomalies according to the newest classiflcation into two main types: tumors (hemangiomas, tufted angiomas, Kaposiform hemangioendotheliomas, epitheloid hemangioendotheliomas, hemangiopericytomas) and vascular malformations (capillary, lymphatic, venous, arteriovenous and com-bined).
The multidisciplinary cooperation (dermatologist, radiologist, pathologist, hematologist, plastic sur-geon) is needed in evaluation of vascular anomalies. The authors present the most serious cases of vascular anomalies and their therapy.
