Coincidence of Metastasizing Malignant Melanoma, Kaposi Sarcoma and Adenocarcinoma of the Colon

Summary:

       Described is a case of a patient, born 1919, with surgically treated primary malignant melanoma of the skin with local metastases. In the course of ten years he developed another two separate malignancies. After 7 years a histologically verified Kaposi sarcoma appeared, localized and recurring in the same site as malignant melanoma. After another three years an adenocarcinoma of the colon appeared. The patient remains in our care.
