In the submitted paper the authors present their first experience with transurethral submucous administration of hydrogel Swelling implants in the treatment of Incontinence in senen men. Non of the men deneloped complications during implantation nor during the postoperatine course. A urodynamic enaluation was made after an interval of 3 months following operation in fcne men where as compared with fcndings prior to surgery no changes esere recorded during uroflowmetry nor filling cystometry. All fine enaluated patients reported mitigation of Incontinence which according to objectine criteria amounted to 50% impronement. The results gine hope of successful solution of this serious medical problem.
