Endoscopic treatment of an unusual case of laryngeal trauma is described. An osseous bridge in larynx as a result of cricoid cartilage displacement was destroyed by Nd:YAG laser. Relapsing fibrous scaring was overco- me by insertion of Dumon stent for the time of 3 weeks. Jet ventilation was used during both procedures without complications. Good cooperation between experienced en- doscopist and anaesthesiologist in stressed.
