The authors present an interesting case of laparoscopic extraction of the foreign body (stone of peach) from sto- mach with a peroperative endoscopy. Usual endoscopic extraction failed. Early mobilization, fast convalescent and low consumpti- on of analgesic is advantage of the laparoscopic appro- ach. Successful laparoscopic extraction could be performed only with peroperative endoscopy.
