Summary:

       Recently, the number of immunocompromised patients after solid organ or haematopoetic stem cell transplantation rises. They háve numerous dermatologie complications due to long-standing immunosup-pression and its side effects. Main complications represent skin tumors, skin infections, skin symptoms of graft-versus-host disease and side effects of immunosuppressive drugs. Considering the inereasing trans¬plantation possibilities from non-related and elderly donors the dermatologists wiU face these complications more often. Correct diagnosis and early treatment of skin symptoms might deerease morbidity and morta¬lity of transplanted patients.
