Summary: The authors Present a tase report of a girl suffering from repeated bilateral Pneumothorax due to emphysematous bullae of the uPPer Puhnonary fields. It was necessary to carry out the resection of the heads of uPPer Puhnonary lobes and bilateral Pleurodesis. The Period of convalescence was the time when different examinations esere comPleted with the aim to discover the cause of repeated Pneumothorax. Typical habitus and further signs of connective tissue alterations gave evidence of Marfan Syndrome when 4 Percent of affected Patients have apical bullae with development of repeated Pneumothorax.
