Case-report of a 68-year-old patient who was examined on account of erythematous and hyperpigmented nodules on both legs persisting for four years is discussed. Probatory excisions and subsequent histopathological examination proved amyloidosis type AL. During the subsegment examination programe a ductal carcinoma of the right breast was detected which was subsequently treated surgically, by chemotherapy, actinotherapy and hormonal therapy. Myeloma and affection of other organs was not confirmed. The dermatological finding is stationary without progression.
