A case report of the fate of the first cadaveric pediatric kidney block transplantation into adult recipient in the Czech republic. The operation was done in Regional transplantcentre in Faculty hospital Ostrava in February 1994. The whole postoperative period has been recapitulated since the operation to the end 2000. Pediatric kidney graft is functional 7 years after transplantation.
