Souhrn: The repair of larga post-laryngectomy pharyngocutaneous fistulae presents a challenge to the plastic surgeon. The radial forearm flap is ideally suited for the reconstruction of these larga fistulae.
With the help of a tase report, this article highlights the etiology and management of larga post-laryngectomy pharyngocutaneous fistulae.
