Two cases of an undifferentiated carcinoma of the submandibular salivary gland are described. In both cases, the tumour were asymptomatic in the early stage, and were characterised by a rapid and aggressive growth. One patient died during actinotherapy five months after presentation, the second patient is well 5 months after radical surgery and postoperative sctinotherapy.
