Summary:
Contemporary aspects of cerebrospinal fluid analysis are discussed, including the relationship to neuroinfective,
autoimmune and other neurological diseases. The actual state of cerebrospinal fluid cytological investigation
and analysis of cerebrospinal fluid protein fractions, including isoelectric focusing of IgG, are described in
detail. The review of contemporary literature concerning CSF analysis has also been done.
