Described case of 73-year-old woman with exitus letalis in shock haemorrhagicus by ruptured great aneurysma of right hepatic artery about 180 × 110 mm (by ultrasonography). The abdominal mass was known about 5 years before the dead. The suggested development of aneurysma was aproximately 10 years. The similar size of hepatic artery aneurysma was till this time not described in literature.
