Summary:

       Churg-Strauss syndrome is a systemic vasculitis characterized by the presence of asthma, hypereozinophilia and necrotizing vasculitis with extravascular eosinophil granulomas. Paranasal sinus involvement is very frequently observed. The authors describe the case of Churg- Strauss syndrome incl. diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
