Summary:

       Amyloidosis is a disorder of protein metabolism characterized by deposition of fibrillar protein - amyloid into extracellular matrix of different tissues and organs. The authors describe the diagnostics and therapy of rarely occurring localized primary form of Amyloidosis affected simultaneously larynx and Waldeyer lymphatic circuit.
