Transposition and rotation local flaps, seldom free skin transplant are used on the reconstruction of nasal skin defects. Missing part of nasal ala can be replaced by frontal skin flaps in combination with septal flaps. Whole external nosa can be reconstructed by use of paramedian forehead flap after Millard.
