Summary: Absolute and relative contraindications for BCS (Breast Conserving Surgery) are stated according to the
EUSOMA (European Society of Mastology). Statement includes the risk factors for local recidive, and unfavourable
progress of the illness itself. Stress is put on the health treatment fallowing BCS.
