Summary:
The authors describe the structure and function of the website application, making it possible to compare the productivity, efficiency of the workers and equipment of radiological wards and clinics within the framework of hospitals, regions, areas or states. The service is provided via internet. The software companies from Italy and Spain participated in development of the programme. In addition to authors of this contribution, the structure was also influenced by other Czech radiologists - members of the Committee of the Czech Radiological Society during 2003-2006 and radiologists of the Committees of Radiological Societies and three hospitals in France, Italy and Spain. The authors also analyze the structure of the Czech Radiological Classification (CRK), which was recommended to the Czech Ministry of Health as a substitute of the statistical form MZ1-0-1, used on ÚZIS (Institute of Health Information and Statistics of the Czech Republic). They summarize the procedures in the implementation of this CRK into radiological information systems (RIS) and present a survey of already performed implementations in the Czech Republic.
