Oncological diseases represent the combination of structural damage, pain, functional disorders and consequences of the chaining of impaired functions of the locomotor systém: by the relationships between local, regional (segmental) distant and reflex changes of the brain behaviour. The prerequisite of succesful treatment is in optimal complex multidisciplinary team with physiatric, reflexotherapeutic and psychological care as well as in changes in the intellectual concept of the therapy.
