Histochemistry of Activity of Some Enzymes in Rabbit Cornea after the Operation

Summary: The first experience with histochemistry of rabbit corneas after the operation
LASIK is presented in this study. Activity of the following enzymes was assessed:
alkalic phosphatase, acid phosphatase and dipeptidylpeptidase IV. No pathologi-
cal activity of assessed enzymes was found in comparison with control corneas.
