An electronic archive system has been realized in the Department of otolaryngology, head and neck surgery of the First Medical Faculty, Faculty Hospital Motol, Prague. It serves for data collection and further processing in patients after reconstructive meddle-ear surgery. The database comprises of patient’s identification data, history, data from surgery and follow-up, audiometric parameters. The aim of the product is to serve as an archive and a starting point in data processing and hypotheses testing.
