Summary: During the last two years authors have performedCTangiography of pulmonary veins in 73 patients.
These patients were planned to radiofrequency ablation of pulmonary veins. CT angiography has
appeared as a very useful method for imaging of pulmonary veins and the 3D reconstructions were
successfully used for orientation during inerventions on the left atrium and pulmonary veins.
