Summary:
The authors concern five years long retrospective analysis
of miniinvasive endoscopical and surgical methods from
point of view the occurence of perforation complications.
The frequency is compared with dates in basic literature
sources. They analyse the mortality , morbidity and therapy
in perforation incidents. Results are full comparable
with the literature dates, in the region of upper gastrointestinal
tract and biliary ducts are the results better. The
main risk factors for complications (incl. perforations) of
miniinvasive procedures are the overestimation of own
possibilities, underestimation of findings and surgery,
late sending to surgery and total status of the patient. To
the succesfull solution of complication the multidisciplinary
approache is needed.
